The Henry Armstrong Foundation, Inc. is currently accepting applications for winter  2008. The Foundation is offering two scholarships - Athletic and Medical to High School Graduate Seniors (Class of 2008). The award amounts of the scholarships are $1000.00 each. The Henry Armstrong Foundation Scholarships are to assist with the cost of application, tuition and book fees for financially needy students.

 ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP
(All Sports)

1. Minimum GPA 2.5
2. Must have gained acceptance into the school of your choice.
3. All applications must be received by November 28, 2008
4. At least 3 letters of recommendations, will accept only from your
    Coaches, Teachers, Clergy, or Counselors.
5. The recipent will be chosen by the Board of  Directors.                 
6. One page essay -  describing your financial needs and goals.
7. The awarded recipient will be notified in writing by December 31, 2008
8. You must be a U. S. citizen to apply.

MEDICAL SCHOLARSHIP (All Medical Professions)

1. Minimum GPA 2.5
2. Must have gained acceptance into the school of your choice
3. All applications must be received by November 28, 2008
4. At least 3 letters of recommendations, will accept only from your 
   Teachers, Clergy, or Counselors.
5. The recipent will be chosen by the Board of  Directors.                 
6. One page essay -  describing your financial needs and goals.
7. The awarded recipient will be notified in writing by December 31, 2008
